These terms govern your use of https://magnesiallc.com and any digital scorecard PDF you purchase from Magnesia LLC (“Magnesia,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting a report, you agree to these terms.

These terms are written for a US LLC selling digital goods. Have counsel review them before you take payment.

Our products are intended for businesses and professional teams in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union (and other operators who want an English-language technical brief). You must be able to form a binding contract. You represent that you are buying for a business purpose, not as a consumer seeking personal household use, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

We sell digital PDF reports: accessibility scorecards, an EU AI Act scope map, and an email-authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) DNS scorecard. Each product page describes the deliverable, price, and exclusions.

Reports are point-in-time technical or intake documents. They depend on public pages, public DNS, or the description you provide. Sites and records change. A later change does not make the PDF inaccurate as of its stated scan or intake date.

Magnesia is not a law firm. We do not form an attorney–client relationship with you. Scorecards are not legal advice, not a legal opinion, not a certification, not a conformity assessment, not a VPAT, and not a guarantee of compliance, lawsuit outcomes, deliverability, or regulatory status.

You remain responsible for your own legal, security, and product decisions, including whether to hire licensed counsel or an accredited assessor.

When you pay (or when we otherwise deliver a report), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that PDF inside your organization, including sharing it with your counsel and ordinary advisors. You may not resell the report, publish it as our certification of your product, or present it as a regulatory filing.

You must have the right to submit any URL, domain, or description you send us. Do not submit credentials, private keys, or data you are not allowed to share. You grant us a limited right to use those inputs solely to produce and support the report.

Prices are listed in US dollars on each product page and may change before you pay. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy; their checkout terms also apply to payment. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to the digital good, except taxes we are required to collect.

Digital goods are generally delivered once and are not returnable as a physical item. See the Refund Policy for when we may refund a purchase.

The site and the reports are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnesia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or legal or regulatory costs. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that scorecard.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation applies only to the extent allowed.

Do not misuse the site (including scraping that degrades service, attempting unauthorized access, or using content to misrepresent Magnesia’s role). We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies to you. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer or other law gives you a different forum.
