What you receive

A PDF risk scorecard of publicly observable accessibility issues, written for US operators who need a concise technical brief rather than a full audit report.

  • Scope note for the URL(s) reviewed and scan date
  • Ranked findings with examples (images, forms, navigation, contrast, names/roles)
  • A residual-risk section listing what a public scan cannot see
  • A one-page summary for operations or counsel intake
  • Clear labeling that the report is not legal advice and not a certification

  3. 03

    Get a dated PDF

A structured brief you can forward internally. It records what was reviewed — not a certificate and not legal advice.

Who it’s for

  • US businesses with a public website or customer portal
  • Operations, marketing, and product owners who own the site experience
  • In-house or outside counsel who want a technical attachment to an intake

Why this exists

Website accessibility remains a practical risk for many US businesses. Teams need a readable technical picture of a public site — keyboard, structure, alternatives, forms — before they decide what to fix, what to test, or what to ask a lawyer.

  • Demand letters and complaints often start from what is visible on a public site.
  • Engineering backlogs are easier to sequence when findings are specific and ranked.
  • A scorecard is a risk briefing. It is not a prediction of litigation outcomes.

What this is not

  • Not legal advice on ADA, state law, or likely lawsuit exposure
  • Not a VPAT, ACR, or certified WCAG conformance claim
  • Not a substitute for manual expert review or people who use assistive technology

FAQ

Will this prevent an ADA lawsuit?

No, and we will not claim that. The scorecard is a technical snapshot of public pages. It does not assess legal exposure or guarantee any outcome.

Do you need login access?

No. The standard product covers publicly reachable pages. Authenticated flows can be noted as out of scope unless you later arrange a separate, documented expansion.

Is this a VPAT?

No. A VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report is a different artifact. This is a readiness and risk scorecard for internal use.

How current is the scan?

The PDF states the scan date. Sites change. Treat the report as a point-in-time brief, not a standing certificate.

Can we share it with our lawyer?

Yes. That is a common use. The report is written as a technical attachment, not as attorney work product or legal analysis.

Is this legal advice?

No. Magnesia LLC is not a law firm. The PDF is a technical readiness snapshot. It is not a legal opinion, not certification, and not a prediction of regulatory or litigation outcomes.

How long until I receive the PDF?

After checkout (or an email request) and a confirmed public URL, domain, or description, we produce a dated scorecard. We will tell you the expected turnaround for your request before we start. We do not promise same-day delivery.

What is in the PDF?

Scope (what was reviewed and when), findings or structured questions from public signals or your intake, a short executive page, and a “what this is not” box. See “What you receive” on this page for the product-specific list.

What is your refund policy?

Digital reports are not returnable like a physical product. We refund billing errors, cases where we cannot deliver, and confirmed scope mismatches. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
