Refund Policy

Magnesia LLC sells digital PDF scorecards. Once a report is prepared or delivered, it cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can. This policy explains when we will refund a purchase.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. UK and EU customers may have additional mandatory rights that this policy cannot waive.

We will refund the purchase price when:

• You were charged in error (duplicate charge or wrong product).
• We cannot produce the scorecard for reasons on our side and we do not deliver a substitute.
• The delivered PDF is for a different URL, domain, or described use case than the one we confirmed with you, and you tell us promptly.

We generally do not refund because you disagree with findings, a score, or recommended follow-up questions. The product is a point-in-time technical or intake brief, not a promise that a site, domain, or AI system is compliant or out of scope.

We also do not refund because a later change to your site, DNS, or product made the PDF outdated. The report is dated.

Email hello@magnesiallc.com from the address used on the order. Include the product name, Lemon Squeezy order reference, and the reason. We aim to respond within five business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card network. We will look at the order and these terms first.

If mandatory consumer-cancellation rules apply to you, those rules control to the extent they cannot be waived. Our products are custom digital reports produced from your URL, domain, or description. Where the law allows, performance may begin before the end of a cancellation period once you request the report, which can affect withdrawal rights. Paying for or receiving a scorecard does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not certify compliance.
