This marketing site is static. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not require you to create a login. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically your email address, the scorecard you want, and a URL, domain, or AI-use description). We use that information to respond and, if you purchase, to produce and deliver the PDF.

Hosting and analytics providers for this website (for example, Vercel) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL as part of delivering the site. We do not sell personal information.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. The provider processes your name, email, payment method, and billing details under its own terms and privacy policy. Magnesia receives order metadata needed to fulfill the digital good (for example, email and product purchased). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

To produce a report we may process a public URL, a domain name, or a description of an AI system that you submit. Public scans look at information that is already published (web pages or DNS). We keep that material as needed to create, deliver, and support the PDF, and to maintain business records.

Do not send passwords, private keys, health data, or other sensitive credentials. Our products are designed to work from public signals or high-level descriptions.

We share information with service providers who host this site, send email, or process payments, and only as needed to operate the business or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email correspondence and order records are kept for as long as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course. You may ask us what we hold by emailing hello@magnesiallc.com.

Depending on where you live (including certain US states and, if applicable, the UK or EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
