What you receive

A PDF scorecard that records what a public scan could observe, maps findings to practical EAA-oriented themes, and lists recommended follow-up questions.

  • Scope note covering the URL(s) reviewed and scan date
  • Severity-banded findings (blocking, high, review) with page or pattern examples
  • Theme map: perceivable, operable, understandable, robust — plus EAA-relevant service notes where public evidence exists
  • A one-page executive summary suitable for internal circulation
  • A short “what this is not” box so the report is not mistaken for certification

    Get a dated PDF

A structured brief you can forward internally. It records what was reviewed — not a certificate and not legal advice.

Who it’s for

  • Product, design, and engineering leads preparing an EAA workstream
  • Legal operations and in-house counsel who want a technical brief first
  • US, UK, and other non-EU companies selling digital services to EU customers

Why this exists

The European Accessibility Act now applies to many digital products and services offered in the EU. Teams often need a technical snapshot they can share internally before they brief counsel, hire an auditor, or plan remediation.

  • Public storefronts and customer portals sold into the EU are in the conversation even when the company is based in the US or UK.
  • Gaps are easier to prioritize when they are listed as concrete page-level and component-level findings.
  • A readiness report is a brief for next steps. It is not proof of conformity.

What this is not

  • Not a conformity assessment, CE marking, or EN 301 549 certification
  • Not legal advice on whether the EAA applies to your entity or offering
  • Not a full WCAG audit, user-testing study, or assistive-technology lab review

FAQ

Is this an EAA certification?

No. This is a technical readiness scorecard based on a public scan. It does not certify conformity, issue a mark, or replace an accredited assessment.

What do you need from us?

A production URL (and optional key flows you want called out). The scan uses publicly reachable pages. We do not need admin access, source code, or credentials.

Does a good score mean we are compliant?

No. A scorecard describes observed technical signals. Legal applicability, exemptions, and residual risk require your own counsel. Treat the PDF as a briefing document.

How is this different from a WCAG audit?

A full audit is usually longer, often includes manual expert review and user testing, and is scoped as an assessment. This product is a compact, paid PDF snapshot meant to start or focus that conversation.

Who should read the PDF?

Accessibility owners, product leads, and whoever briefs outside counsel. It is written to be forwarded internally without extra translation.

Is this legal advice?

No. Magnesia LLC is not a law firm. The PDF is a technical readiness snapshot. It is not a legal opinion, not certification, and not a prediction of regulatory or litigation outcomes.

How long until I receive the PDF?

After checkout (or an email request) and a confirmed public URL, domain, or description, we produce a dated scorecard. We will tell you the expected turnaround for your request before we start. We do not promise same-day delivery.

What is in the PDF?

Scope (what was reviewed and when), findings or structured questions from public signals or your intake, a short executive page, and a “what this is not” box. See “What you receive” on this page for the product-specific list.

What is your refund policy?

Digital reports are not returnable like a physical product. We refund billing errors, cases where we cannot deliver, and confirmed scope mismatches. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
